SHAH ALAM, May 14 — The Election Commission (EC) has formed monitoring enforcement teams in Pahang and Selangor to ensure smooth running of 13th general election. Its deputy chairman, Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar, said the teams were formed in each of the 14 parliamentary constituencies in Pahang and 56 state constituencies in Selangor.
